Compare the page count, features, and revision rounds. Choose a website, add a logo, or select monthly care. For a custom project, talk to us first so we can agree on the scope.

Complete your purchase.

Follow your package’s purchase button. Review the total and billing terms before paying. For website and logo orders, sign in or create your account when prompted. Monthly care opens Stripe’s subscription checkout.

Share your vision.

Open My Account → Orders and select Start Project beside your purchased package. Send your business details, content, images, and goals. We’ll confirm the scope, what we need, and the next steps with you.

Review. Refine. Launch.

Review the work and share your feedback using the revision rounds included in your package. Once the agreed work is approved, we coordinate launch or file delivery and your handoff.

What happens right after I purchase?

For a website or logo package, open My Account → Orders and choose Start Project beside your purchase to complete the intake form. For a Stripe hosting and maintenance subscription, keep your payment confirmation and contact us using the email from your purchase. We’ll coordinate the website details and access needed to get started.

How long will my project take?

Estimated build times appear on the package page. Timing depends on the agreed scope, receiving your content, and your feedback. We’ll confirm the schedule with you; checkout does not mean your website launches immediately.

How do revisions work?

Your package lists its included revision rounds. Send clear, consolidated feedback at each review. New pages, extra features, or work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

Where do I manage my purchase?

Visit My Account to view website orders associated with your account and access subscription management. Keep the email and confirmation used for your Stripe subscription, since its billing is managed separately. Contact us if you need help locating a purchase.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

Yes. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains refunds before work begins, partial refunds for unfinished work, and how monthly cancellations are handled. Please review it before purchasing.
